Here's the bottom line
Visiting this hotel was good! The superior double room offered fine sea views, giant comfy beds, and mini spa gear for kids. Breakfast was a feast with fluffy pancakes and delicious ice cream. Access to the large waterpark and 18+ adult spa added to our joy!

Fairly clean and fantastic hotel, excellent staff and modest rooms. Nice building and rooms in really good condition. With coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator...

The adult-only spa area made for a calm escape, with enough space to unwind despite the busy family section. The pancake buffet with ice cream was a massive hit, especially for the kids.
The room came with a few issues, the toilet seat needed tightening, and the shower head holder was broken. The bathroom flooded after showers since the shower wall didn't reach the floor. The mini fridge had a foul smell, definitely not ideal for storing snacks. With no air conditioning, it heated up quickly during the day, and traffic noise from the street.

Great quality and relaxing hotel in a very nice area, next to taverns and a cinema. Savoury breakfast with a good choice of good foods. Well furnished room for smaller kids, exceptionally nice staff.

Nice and silence. The SPA (incl. swimmingpool and many saunas) was great!
only complaints: the floor of the SPA was very slippery.

Rooms on the 2nd floor are not in the best condition, kind of worn out, basic furniture and equipment.

We loved the water park and spent hours relaxing in the adult-only spa area, peaceful. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. We also enjoyed some beach volleyball and biking along the picturesque ocean view track nearby. Definitely recommend visiting the spa early to avoid crowds.
One downside was that the pools were really crowded , hard to fully enjoy the experience at times.

The hotel was only 5 minutes walk to beautiful sandy beach of Haabneeme, where there was a clear water for swimming. After the day on the beach, it was great to relax on the spa- and wellnes center and different saunas. The massages and other treatments are made by real professionals. We also enjoyed the varios sporting facilities of the hotel. The hotel room was very clean, spacious and decorated with nice coulous. The breakfast was OK. It was convinient to catch a bus to the city center, while the bus stop is next to the hotel and the bus goes directly to the Viru center. All in all, the Viimsi Spa Tallinn hotel was a very nice surprise and well definately come back.

The room was tidy and bright for smaller kids, had essentials required. The breakfast was tasty and very very good with pancakes, lacto ovo vegetarians and also good coffee, and the English bar was a plus. The staff were welcoming and nice day and night.
Well, the area was really noisy overall.
